Has anyone have the same problem?:
I have a multimember LLC, when I registered I choose the option: multimember LLC/ corporation. A few weeks ago I have got an email that I need to choose taxation type, and there were only 2 options: c corp and s corp. but the thing is my tax is partnership. So I reached out to support they advised me to choose partnership entity type, but I couldn’t do that, I have only solo proprietor option. They advised me to change to solo proprietor than to wait then to choose partnership. I did it. Now I tried to set up account from solo proprietor to partnership. And could not do it! I filled up all the info about my business and myself, but on the last step: review and confirm the system said that something is wrong check again. But every thing is correct! Now before 5 days is getting 1099k I am stuck with wrong account type, wrong info, incorrect tax classification and support is useless!
I can’t stay solo proprietor cause I am not I can’t change to partnership cause system for unknown reasons does not allow me! Does somebody has the same thing?
