I have tried to talk with eBay about my issue, but they have no email and the phone system is closed. I bought an item on 12/6. The item was not as described so, through eBay, the seller agreed to allow a return. He sent an address label that I used to return the item on 12/11. I never heard another word on the subject. Not wanting to deal with the seller directly, I went to the USPS website to check the tracking. They tried to deliver the package, but could not. It stated that the seller " moved left no forwarding address." It said the package would be returned to sender, but I have not received it. No tracking info is available. I went to my old emails and found one from the seller that had the item listed. I opened it and checked out if the seller still has items listed for sale. He has many! All I want to do is give this information to eBay so that they can deal with the seller. He is obviously pulling a fast one. The item was not costly, but it is just not right what he has done. Any ideas as to how I can contact eBay other than by telephone? Thanks.
