Problem with “make an offer” button.

Anybody’s else click on an item that has an “or best offer” option, only to have that button either not work or not appear at all once you are on the item’s page?

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser?

Sometimes the button is displayed based on old information but BO is no longer available because there has been a bid on the auction, in which case it simply doesn't work.

The problem is fixed only sometimes when I use safari.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app; older versions may no longer work consistently. Try clearing cache and data to see if that makes any difference.
