Problem with item purchase/seller

I purchased a razor from a seller back in November of 2020.  It still hasn't arrived.  The tracking no longer is available.  I've contacted the seller multiple times about it, and the seller simply tells me to "be patient."  When I try to get ebay to step in, it only displays the items I've bought in 2021 to choose from.  There's no option with the purchase item details to select,  "Ask ebay to step in."  
    What recourse do I have?

You have waited too long to have ebay help you.  To find the item in your Purchase History, you have to change The last 60 days to 2020.  You have within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date to file an Item Not Received case.  If you paid with Paypal, you only had up to 180 days from date of sale, so you are too late for that as well. 

 

The best you can do at this time is to file a charge back with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
