Problem with invoice

Hi. i was sellinng dji drone on ebay, it was auction. The last bidder didnt make paymet, he said "im not going to pay U". I cancelled him and after this item sold on Facebook marketplace. When i got the monthly bill fron Ebay i see that they charge me for the drone too. My question is why? I didnt sell this item on ebay!

And when  i go from the mobile app it says "AWAITING PAYMENT"

You failed to follow protocol.

If a buyer fails to pay, make sure you open a "non-paying bidder" case in the resolution center (link at bottom of every page)... you can do this in as little as 48 hours after the auction ends and MANUALLY close it 96 hours later. This will get your final value fee credited back to your account and the "buyer" will get a strike.
