This is the first time I've sold an item and I seem to have encountered a malicious buyer. It's disheartening to say the least. This buyer seems to have maliciously bid up my item. When this person won the auction, they left me a message in spanish and immediately left negative feedback. Before the sale completed, I contacted Ebay and was instructed to let the transaction complete, cancel it and offer a second chance or relist the item. I am now stuck with an open case and will apparently be charged a fee for the sale if this person does not agree to cancel the transaction. I have already reported this buyer but I am unsure what to do next. I appreciate any assistance.
