Problem with Global Shipping Program

Hi.   Having a problem listing & revising using the ebay GSP.   I posted several weeks ago on the Answer center Shipping about this and recieved an answer with an email address to contact & did so but never recieved a reply.

What is happening is most of my custom made items are bowstrings for the archery buyers.    I list these in the correct category of  Sporting goods, Outdoor Sports, Archery, Accessories, Strings.    When I attempt to list or revise I get the following pop up error message -

You can list this item, but we don't support sending it to the US shipping center. Learn more - opens in a new window or tab

• This option isn't available for the category you selected.

I then click the link & go to the restricted categories list for the GSP and in Sporting goods it shows the restricted category is sporting goods, archery, OTHER.   I am not listing i the OTHER sub category.

My category following the chain down to strings is # 181305.   The # for Archery other is 181306.

I really need some help on this as I am going to have to revise around 600 listings if I cannot get this fixed.  

When I opted into the GSP quite some time ago & revised everything I did not get this error & thought everything was ok but now I am getting emails from potential buyers that they are being blocked due to this.   I did sell a few items internationally right after opting in. 

I would really like to sell internationally again but ONLY if I can use the GSP because of its better seller protection on delivery of items.

The listing I am currently trying to revise is 121130949179 but there are hundreds of others I need to do because of this problem.
