Problem that does not give refund due to trouble after purchase

Like the mail below, I bought a Dyson cleaner.

However, Dyson vacuum cleaners do not work for several days.
The blue light comes in from the body of the cleaner, but it can not be sucked.
I charge the vacuum cleaner with the charger, but it does not work.
I think I still have a warranty period, but I live in Korea now.

Korea Dyson Korea has received an answer that it does not provide an as for the products it produces in the United States.
One month has already passed since the breakdown.
However, I did not take any action (such as a refund).
The service at Dyson is very disappointing.
I sent the message again, but the message I received was the same as the last time.
