Problem adding bank account to receive payment

When I try to add my bank account information, the automated system pulls up a different routing number than is on my checks. It still shows the correct last four digits of my bank account number, so I assume that is correct, but the routing number is completely different and there is no way to edit or change it. I am not going to add an account for which the information appears erroneous, and I have been unsuccessful in finding any help from ebay. I'd like to access the money collected from my sold items, but how?
