I just got a thermal label printer with adhesive labels, but I can't figure out how to change my settings on Ebay so it sends me the label in 4x6 instead of regular letter size. I've been able to do this in my other selling platforms, but I can't seem to find the place to do this on Ebay. Any suggestions? TIA

When you are in the REVIEW & PAY, on the right side you should see CHANGE PAPER SIZE, just above CONFIRM & PAY. Click on letter 2 per page, select 4 x 6, Save.

I so appreciate it this, but I still have no idea what screen you're in. I don't see a screen called confirm and pay or review and pay. I always felt pretty computer savvy, but I'm just not finding it for some reason! Are you on a Mac or a PC?

On the create label page look to the middle right and click on Show More. There you will see the current format and can change and test it.
Best to set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
What model thermal printer do you have? Some need other setting to optimize.

Its a MUNBYN 2.0
It came with great instructions on how to make sure it was set up on each platform, and I've been doing great everywhere else. This is the only platform I'm stuck on. I'm going to check the browser settings like you said now.

Generally the Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, you may need to check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”, to properly center and fill out the page.
