Printing return labels

I'm trying to print a return label for an item that was not as described.  The problem was reported to the seller who refused to respond and eBay decided in my favor.  When I follow the provided link to return the item, I click the "print a return label" and all I get is the case page open up indicating "case is closed".  It doesn't take me to the print label screen like I expected.  Whats going on on and how do I get around this?

If the case is closed you won't be able to print the label. Are you within the time limit eBay gave you to return the item?
