Printing a Shipping Label with a Custom SKU Number.

I have some in enventory hat I am tracking in excel and with individual item tags. I enter this on the PC web Ebay listing "Custom SKU" fill-in box. Also have to make a separate entry into the items description box, because when I print my shipping label, the SKU will not show up. I must then re-enter the "Sold Items" and click on that item to look into the description to find my SKU number there.
Is there something I am missing in a options menu to allow the SKU on the shipping label print out page?
