Printful integration impossible. Nobody help me

I've been trying to integrate ebay with Printful for days. I have linked my Ebay account with PayPal, but when I add the first listing, necessary to do the integration, the site says that the Ebay and PayPal accounts are not linked.

As to help the client Ebay does not offer an email or a chat, something that seems unfortunate, I am from Spain and I do not speak English well, I asked Ebay Spain for help. There they told me that the accounts are linked, but since I registered on Ebay.com, they don't see the list I have in draft.

I wanted to close the account today, because I'm desperate and can't find help. My last option is you. I hope you can help me. If not, I will have to close my account. Thank you.
