I sold an item to a customer and he paid the shipping amount of $3.66 which was set by eBay when I listed the item. When I prepared my shipping label, I purchased postage from eBay for $2.70. Am I supposed to refund the difference to my customer?  And, if so, how do I do that?  Thank you.
