Postage is using wrong zip code

I've checked to make sure that my account addresses are correct and they are. The postage is still be calculated using my previous address which is making a huge difference in some parts of the country. Since ebay has decided it's okay to go completely dark when they have customers all over the world, does anyone out "in the community" have any idea why this is happening?

You have to change the 'Item location" ZIP Code right on the listing form. It's not automatically connected to your eBay address, because some eBay sellers ship from different locations, such as warehouses.
