Post office delay in uploading tracking information is hurting my ratings!

I just checked my dashboard, my late shipment rate has gone up again!  Even though I changed my handling time to 2 days.  Even though the package in question was mailed at the post office the same day as it was paid for.  This is just WRONG!!

My feedback is 100% positive.  Many of my customers mention being happy with fast shipping.  But I'm getting deeper and deeper into the hole.  I used to be a top rate seller, back when the sorting station was in my town.  But it was moved to another city about 100 miles away and now I"m getting late shipment dings.

I could understand if customers were complaing about late shipments but they are not.  On the contrary.

Ebay has us over the barrel.  They know full well that they're the only game in town, practically speaking.  I've tried other venues and they just don't get the traffic ebay does.  But this is jsut wrong.  Ebay makes millions of dollars profit a year, on our labor, and repeatedly changes their rules to make it harder and harder for small sellers to keep their reputations. 

I guess Ebay wants to be another Amazon.  But that's wrong.  Ebay is not Amazon, and Amazon is not Ebay.  People who want the Amazon experience (high volume of cheap mass manufactured items delivered instantly) can go there.   RIght now I am so angry I am about ready to close my store and donate all my inventory to Goodwill.  No matter how hard I try, Ebay says its not good enough.  Even though my customers say otherwise.

Anyone else feel this way?
