Possible to waive restocking fee?

I just bought a gaming console but it has yet to be delivered. I decided I wanted to buy a different console. I was wondering if the seller could waive the restocking fee even though I haven't even open the box as I plan to refuse it when it gets delivered. I don't mind paying for the return but it has a 20% restocking fee and I'll lose about $60. What should I do? I already opened a case which eBay automatically asked me to do but it also automatically deduct the restocking fee from the sale price. Am I stuck with this product now?
