Starting last night, a new puzzle captcha appeared. Then today, was repeatedly greeted with the same - time and time again. Called eBay - the person(s) I spoke with could not duplicate the issue. The second gentleman says he'd disabled this for my account yet, it keeps coming up. This happens on Firefox and Chromium. Apparently Chrome is immune to this. Second guy confirms it doesn't happen on Chrome but has no way to test the two browsers we prefer - and use them almost exclusively.
Am asked to verify before logging in, then again, after logging in. If I logout and come back, I have the sheer pleasure of repeating the same steps - double time.
How many times do we need to 'verify yourself' before we're actually... Verified?
