Hello, I am a seller from china ,and my ebayID is mingking2009, we have been committed to the boutique small seller service.
we have been to comply with the rules of eBay, and often to maintain the TRS.
Becuase we ship the packages by Logistics supplier which do not follow the eBay recommended at Only last month (from 201-10-15 to 11-1).
so the account is been limited, we promptly corrected, and shipping them by the Logistics supplier which by ebay recommended (from 2015-11-1).
But it is 2 weeks passed, our account are being limit. Any item do not be listed. I am very sorry .
Our sales are not optimistic, we are very anxious. we hope you help me , how can we do ?
So sorry for my poor english, we had contact to the ebay customer in HK , but they say they have no right do anything, we have no way , we hope you help ,Even lift a little limit so that we can keep the online items.

你好,我的ebayid是mingking2009。我们在2015-10月中旬 由于实在不满意中国邮政的服务态度(由于他们的收件人员经常跟我们说收eub不赚钱,因此经常延迟来收货,而且态度很差,我们对他们的态度忍无可忍),因 此改用递四方小包挂号的方式替代了邮寄美国的eub包裹运送。因为每个运送订单都有tracknumber,所以我们以为是ebay允许范围之内的,但后 来我们的帐户受到限制,我们才意识到问题的严重性。EBAY给我们帐户每个月只有1000ITEM的刊登数量,为了保证我们在线卖的好的产品不至于下架, 减少损失,我们下架了95%的item,只保留了100个LIST。
我们知道物流的后果的严重性,并且重新发送eub,目前我们的运送美国物流达标率已经从0%提升到54%以上,我们希望尽快的把帐户完善好,减少旺季带的销售额剧滑的损失。
可 是,今天我们的销售额度却从1000item下降到300个,我们不明白为什么我们已经积极主动的去改善帐户的发货不良率,可是EBAY却再次限制,导致 我们现在基本没办法交易。没有交易根本没办法去改善帐户,这不是违背你们EBAY鼓励卖家的积极完善帐户让产品卖得更多,让买家更满意的原则吗!
我 们刚才也电话中国EBAY客服,她给我们解释说是ebay每周四会自动去考察帐户的标准,如果帐户不达标的话,就会被会自动限制,但是她没有权限去修改这 个额度。她特别理解我们急切的心情,叫我们写邮件到EBAY专门人工审查的部门,来申请相应的放宽额度,让帐户尽快完善起来。所以特别恳求你们能花点时间 审查一下我们的帐户,我们从帐户受限后,美国定单高于5美金的全部是用EUB运送的。并且能相应的把额度放宽一些,让我们有机会去持续交易,尽早的完善帐 户的物流达标标准。
我们的帐户在EBAY平台也算老卖家了,虽然不像大卖家的销售额那么高,但帐户表现一直维持得都不错。在EBAY这个 激烈竞争的大环境下,每次限制都会给帐户带来很大的风险,我们也非常后悔自己这次意气的失误之举。所以希望你们综合上述所有因素,能酌情放宽我们的额度限 制。非常感谢能得到你们的支持,谢谢!
