Please Update Store Formats for Handheld Devices (too many bugs) Why Will It Only Show 8 Categories

When you go to my ebay store via web adress, no one can search!?

There is almost always a glitch that redirects the buyer to search results for ALL of ebay instead of just my store, even though it says "search this store" in the search box at the top.  I have my store categories by size, so my buyers can more easily access what they want that way...BUT...first they have to figure out they have to use "refine" to even find my store categories, then, it will only show the first 8 store categories even if you click "all" at the bottom.  We've tried it on Android and iphone.  So, basically unless someone wants to scroll through all 1000 of my listings, they can't search my store, even by the store categories that should show up.  And can we stop the extortion from USPS shipping rates...🤦‍♀️
