Photos attached to ebay messages

I am not able to see photos that are attached to any ebay messages that are sent to me.    It is black with an X in the center.   I have never had this problem until recently.   Computer is the same, windows is the same, I have made no changes.   Any suggestions?    I tried sending a photo to someone attached to a message, they can see it fine.   I open the message and I cannot even see my own photo   Thanks for any help
