Payouts Ran into A Problem

To anyone who can help, every time I try and request a payout, I get a message that says “we ran into a problem. Please try again.”  I have tried changing my payout method to bank vs debit card and no luck.  Can anyone help or direct me where to go?

Payouts are sent on a schedule that you select: daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly.  If you do not have daily payouts selected, there is Express Payouts which go to your debit card, but you have to be invited to opt into Express Payouts, and there is a $2 charge for each one.
