Payout declined today.

Hi

I have been receiving direct deposits for months with no issues using managed payment system.  I was alerted by ebay today my deposit was declined and it directed to contact my bank.  I verified with my bank just now that there is nothing wrong with bank account and no holds on it, the same account I have been using, and stated she thinks something is wrong with Ebay, that is the second call she got about a deposit being declined?  Is there something going on?  Anyone else have this issue?
