Payment processing issues with Indian Debit and Credit cards.

I am trying to buy a product from eBay, everything works except the payment in the final checkout process.

I tried paying with my Visa international debit card and PayPal. None worked. On contrast, I recently paid my hosting fees using PayPal (in $) with the same debit card. There should be some issue with PayPal integration here.

I also tried with my Visa Credit Card. I choose the "Pay With - Credit or debit card" the first option. But the process never went though. I keep on seeing the PayPal "additional confirmation from your bank required... page" that never came. And the transaction never happen.

Is there anyone who successfully made a purchase with an Indian Visa Debit card(preferably) or a credit card?

I agree.

It sounds like the seller does not ship to your location and therefore only accepts USA Payments.  You will need to make sure that the seller ships to India by looking a the shipping and Pennant tab on each listing.
