Payment error.

  I always enjoy shopping at EBAY. I am very appreciative of the kindness and convenience of EBAY.

  But today, I am afraid that I sent a problematic mail. I wish you to give me some ways to resolve this problem.

  Today, I ordered some items with the amout of $100+$1<donation>. When I checked out, I got errors and the website asked me to re-enter my debit card number many times. At the same time, I pushed the button about three or four times. But I failed many times. So, I deleted my payment option and re-write it with the same debit card. At last, I could check out.

 But I got some financial problems after that. I checked my bank account. I recognized that about $300 or $400 was withdrew from my bank account even though I just ordered items with the amout of only $ 100. 

 How can I receive my money under this situation?

 I wish you to give me an answer to resolove this problem.
