Part numbers in description - not contact info

eBay just asked to to remove a listing because they stated I had personal contact information in my listing.  The item that was listed was an aftermarket part and I had the aftermarket part number as well as the OEM part numbers.  eBay misinterpreted part numbers as a phone number.  I cancelled the listing.  Also, I am not a personal seller, I have a business and people need to contact me regarding pickup times and options.  I understand why eBay does not want contact info in an ad; however there are times that I feel it is warranted.  I read somewhere that it will be allowed under certain circumstances.  Over the summer I put my business phone number in an message  and expressly said call me to arrange pickup as the seller had questions relative to making the purchase.  eBay sent me a message that said sending contact info could result in account action.  Thoughts?  Thank you in advance.  Are others having this problem?
