eBay and other sites have to pay attention to detail...when explaining parts of the site...give detail.  For example, if you look up Page Views...it is obvious that this is the number of page views...but what does that mean?  Is this one person...two people, or more...is the total views all different viewers.  Is a major difference is one person views 34 times and 34 people view?  This is what I don't like about the past 20 years of change in Customer Service logic
