Package shows delivered but buyer did not receive it.

It was insured so what do I do? The USPS called me today and said it was marked shipped in front of their home so it must have been stolen.

Insurance covers lost or damaged packages.  If the USPS confirms the package was delivered, and it was possibly stolen off the buyer's porch, the buyer can report it to the local police and his/her homeowner's insurance.
