I tried to use this 15% off discount code today, valid only nov 21st until 8pm ET and only if buying through the last version of the app, android or IOS. I did that, used my cel phone and the app, at 17:45 ET, applied the code but the system would say "you already have entered this code" (or something like that) so I continued with the transaction but to my surprise the discount was not applied and ended up paying full price. Any idea of what happened? I´m trying to reach customer service through the email but cant find that contact info...
