PERFORMANCE LEVEL HELP!!!

So ebay just told me Im screwed! 13 years on ebay and just now finding out that you can not cancel a transaction without getting kicked off. Heres what happened, in the last year I started really selling hard, I had a few sales that were not profitable so I canceled. Worked out fine, or so I thought. The next month my paypal is locked and seller performance is way down.  Well now  I know that I can not do that. But since I already messed up I can not remove those transactions. It takes a full year for them to go away.  But I only have three months to get my level up before I am kicked off. I am on my last month now and the only way I can get out of being removed from ebay is to sell 200+ items. I have 12 bad transactions out of 250 making my level at 5% I need it to be at 1%. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
