PC was updated, now cannot log into ebay unless I am running IE as administrator

Hello,

I am pretty savy with PC's but this problem has me stumped. We have a fairly new HP All in One desktop home PC running on Windows 8. We are also running current Norton 360 antivirus.  The problem?  After a windows update we were no longer allowed to access Ebay unless we run IE as administrator (even though we are usin the account with admin rights).  We never had to run it as such before and have no problem accessing other personnal secure sites.  One last piece of info, we can access ebay from two other laptop PC's without a problem, one is Win 7 and the other is on Vista Professional. Are there gliches with Ebay and new Win 8?
