I bought a new shirt, as an Xmas present, in November 2015. My wife wore the shirt for the first time last week only to find the large design on the front was misaligned. Checking the original advertisement I find the shirt received was not the one advertised. The advertised shirt was perfect, the one sent out is defective and 'not fit for purpose', basically unusable. The user has offered to sell me another shirt for half price. Can I expect any other option at this late stage?
