Out of stock item disappeared

I sell a few seasonal items that go out of stock.  I like that the items show the number sold when stock resumes. I've had two of those listings disappear lately (quantity was zero) .  I did not remove them. Is eBay doing this? Has it happened to anyone else?

Yes, if the listing has been Out of Stock for a specific period of time, it then is purged.  I think 6 months, or possibly 12 months?  I know it wasn't too long ago that ebay increased the length of time, which leads me to think it is now 12 months.
