I opened a case as I received a pair if candlesticks and one did not work.
Seller finally got back to me and said that they would send me a replacement candle. I said OK.
Well I asked for tracking and got a tracking number but it is like no tracking number I know ( coming from
China)
It has been hard to communicate with seller and now my return date is tommorrow and don’t know what to do.
I don’t want to be out the money and not get a replacement( seller said not to send back but would replace)
I guess my first thing was I should have just sent back instead of letting seller tell me they would send a replacement of part of the order.
Tracking number as stated is odd and not showing shippped
