Open case

I have an open case where the buyer didn't get the item and wanted it. I responded and resent the item, but I haven't heard back from the buyer yet. What is going to happen?

Check the tracking on the replacement - has he received it? If so, enter the new tracking # into the case and it should be closed in your favor.
