Did you mean:

One BAD EBAY EMPLOYEE the others are GREAT. WATCH OUT FOR FEDEX SMART POST

YOU DIDN’T ALLOW ME TO STATE MY CASE.   Obviously the man I talked to on the phone 7pm et 2/4/21 had a problem with me.  I was on the phone with him for about 20 minutes stating my case.  At one point he accused me of being rude.  He thought I said he couldn’t read.  I was asking him if he could read the correspondence with buyer and my screen shots. He said he put the appeal in but within an hour I was turned down.

1.  On January 10th I received 2 orders from two different listings from the same person.  I packaged them and purchased 2 first class USPS labels.  (please check my postage page 1/10/21) Buyer wanted combined shipping.  The combined shipping should have been automatic but she didn’t put in her cart and she used two separate listings.   I unpackaged them, voided the “first class” labels and repackaged in one package.  The weight was too heavy to use first class so I sent FED EX smart post that works through USPS.  The TRACKING was provided immediately for ONE of the sales on the other sale I put “MARK AS SHPPED”.

2.  Had no idea there was a problem until I was notified by EBAY that the package was never received.  I was distraught because I know I sent it but when I put in the TRACKING number all it said was “LABEL CREATED” and I knew it was dropped off on the 11th.

3.  I went to the post office and asked if they had it laying around and or possibly the label came off or something.  They didn’t have it and I didn’t have a reciept that proved I dropped it off. Finally I tested the system by sending another smart post and got a receipt from USPS that it was dropped off.  I went home and checked.  All packages that I dropped off that day said receive EXCEPT the FEDEX SMART POST.   I called and talked to USPS and told them what the tracking said.  They told me to put a “92” in front of the tracking number to see that it was actually received.

4.    January 29th tracking said “out for delivery”.  In the mean time I alerted the buyer that I was trying my best to locate package.  When I realized that I could prove that I sent it out on Jan 11th I sent her the tracking number with the “92” in front.  It proved that it was sent on the 11th.  IT WAS DELIVERED ON THE 29TH.

5.  The ebay employee or his manager changed my order to say “buyer picked up” on 2/4/21.  I put in “Marked as shpped”  Buy doing that they voided the $6.5 dollars in shipping that was charged to buyer.  ON 2/4/21 EBAY refunded buyer a 6.5 from the one sale AND  $24 dollars from the other sale.

6.  I am not a big box store and purchase products to sell.  When you arbitrarily take over 30 dollars from me it cuts like a knife.  No good deed goes unpunished.  By working with this buyer to cut cost it totally screwed me.

PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT

Sorry that this happened to you.

If you use Fed Ex smart post you MUST drop it off at a Fed EX drop off point so it will get properly scanned in to the system.

I NEVER use "smart post" because if a package is lost/ damaged Fed-Ex blames USPS ad USPS blames Fed Ex, no one will pay an insurance claim.

As for your claim and trying to appeal it I suggest you use social media.  No language barrier and they are more experienced agents

For some depts, the call lines are turned off when the wait times become too long. Try calling at 5am PT.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

Contact customer service by selecting a contact method from the bottom of a help page, chat or call back are available for most topics :
https://www.ebay.com/help/home

Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

They may take a few days to get back to you but it's usually sooner.
