For over a year, I have been unhappy with Zuber's performance and was sorry to see them entrench themselves in Ebay. Now, the same goes for Discover Books whom I suspect has bought Zuber, or vice versa. The problem is that Zuber, and recently, Discover, have begun to list books as hardcovers, then deliver softcovers. Lately, both have begun to hide the transactions so that when you try to pull up a deal to get a hard copy, the data are nowhere to be found. If you didn't pull a copy of the transaction, you're left with the envelope the book came in (forget about padding and boxes to protect the item!). This practice makes it extremely difficult to return a book for refund or replacement and to get a correct replacement. Both are great at stonewalling. If anyone else is having these problems, let Ebay know. It's hard enough in this Covid-19 economy to sell books; we don't need people like this making it even more difficult.
