Old order never arrived

Hi,

If anyone can give me advice...I placed an order about a year ago from a seller I often purchase from so I didn't notice I never received a maternity order until I  realized when I was scrolling through my purchases. My baby is already 7 months old!  However, I tried to get help from ebay which was pointless...it is automated and does not recognize the order# bcz its more than 90 days and also seller doesn't accept messages. What can I do?!?

Hi @artbyrena 

eBay gives you 30 days past the estimated delivery date to open a case for an item not received.I'm sorry, but iIt's is far to late for help on this. Even credit card companies usually cut off the ability for a chargeback after 180 days.

Oh brother I figured it's too late. I'm usually on top of my orders but missed this one.
