I posted a listing and just received an offer with the message “I have a question about this item. Message me with this number” and they included a phone number. I know messaging outside of Ebay can lead to fraud, so is there any way to contact the buyer via Ebay? Should I just decline the offer? Advice on how to handle this? Thank you!
