Offers on Selling listing

I was sure I did not turn this feature on. Yet it was turned on automatically. I was emailed after the fact that it was on. I received an offer, which was not possible to accept. Seems totally unethical that I am listing in good faith a unique item and then it’s offered to the public at a possible 50% off. I wouldn’t list if I didn’t want to sell. Now, that potential buyer is gone since their offer was a waste of time. Less my free shipping and fees, I can’t give it away. I had my best price listed.
