When my items relist, it seems that the count of the number of views of each item is going down, in reverse, instead of counting up. Why would that be happening and how can it be fixed?
eBay has recently changed the way that views are counted and displayed to sellers.
Certain types of views -- primarily those from bots -- are no longer counted. Instead of displaying the cumulative count, eBay now displays only the view count from the last thirty days by default. Some older views from just prior to the switchover to the new system may not have carried over properly.
