Number of Feedback Revision Requests

I've had two separate buyers post a total of three negative feedbacks for me lately.

I contacted them immediately and both said they were errors meant for another seller. 

So I sent them the revision requests and voila all three are positive, BUT I've now used up all 5 feedback revision requests I'm allowed.(I had 2 legitimate neutrals that I worked out with another seller)

When do those refill?

Is there a way to see the number you have left? (ie will it update on my feedback screen)

I hear that for every 1000 feedback in your previous year you get 5. I currently have 1,100 feedback last year. So do I get 5 or 10?

0-1000 = 5, 1001 - 2000 = 10 ? It's not clear on that.

I don't need any more revisions done right now, but I worry that someone else will leave negative or neutral feedback in error going forward and I have no way to get it revised.
