I made an order on 30 January 2018 and I still not get it the items. I write to the Sayler and he wants to wait more time but after that, I still not get it... he says me that he will send me the new one. After that I still not get it anything. I think he lay to me for that he send me anything at all. What can I do now?

It's too late to file with eBay. If you paid using PayPal log into your PayPal account and file a case there.
Do not close the case until it's resolved. Be sure to ask PayPal to step in when you see that option available.
