No listing fees to non-store ebay sellers during this period of coronavirus?

It would be nice to see ebay offer non-store ebay members 500, 1000 or unlimited listings for free each month during this difficult financial period. what would ebay lose? I only list when I get offers for free listings. the more someone sells, the more commissions ebay makes.
