New change to automatically listing good til cancelled for fixed listings every 30 days

I have a 1000 fixed price item store.  If I put all 1000 up on the 1st of the month and it now automatically renews with the good til cancelled will I end up being charged for all the listings on a 31 day month?  If so, this will be a big headache and just another way for ebay to get more fees out of us sellers.
