New Shipping Rates

Looks like eBay should have rolled over the new shipping rates sooner.  We have items from the weekend packaged and items selling that have incorrect shipping rates now.  At first it looked like it was just first class packages but now I see there are some differences with priority as well.  We are trying to change the postings but it is overwhelming with 725 posts.   Not sure how eBay is going to handle all the weekend shipping issues.....Any suggestions on how to make the adjustments in postings a little faster?
