Neverending cart checkout errors

It's as if eBay is pushing business away with it's inability to recognize and address all the technical issues it subjects it's users to. It shouldn't take a dozen troubleshooting exercises to complete a purchase. I don't know how many times I've just given up and abandoned the entire cart when none of the usual ways around these errors will work and I just don't have the time... There are a lot of wonderful sellers here, it's really a terrible disservice to them, and it's why I'll expend extra time and energy to get it done, but everyone has their limits..

Of course the barrage of irrelevant ads, sponsored products and recommendations never fail to appear. Only items in the cart awaiting checkout.
