Negative Feedback During Covid-19

Negative feedback from ebay buyers. I've had enough of it. Totally out of our control due to lateness by royal mail and other carriers .

Negative comments with no proof but ebay will not remove, as buyers opinion without factual details. 

What should we do to protect our businesses as its clear ebay is only partially protecting us the sellers....

I suggest a petition stopping and removing all negative comments, from when lockdown restrictions began until they fully end.....
