Hi Guys,
I hope someone can help. I talked to an eBay rep today who assured me he deleted them, but they're still there.
I log into my account, and on the Home Page, go to the right, click "My eBay" and then scroll to "Selling". Among other categories that come up, I have one called "Messages From Buyers". When an auction ended, these have always gone away, but lately, they're just there. I'd like to know how I can delete these other than replying again. It's not a big deal, but it's very annoying. Once I sell something, I don't want to think about previous inquiries or comments. Can anyone help? Two different Customer Service Reps from ebay didn't know, but I'd think there MUST be a way to do this. Thanks in advance. Tom

I use Seller Hub to manage my listings and regularly get messages from other members on my listings. Some are simply "thank you" at the end of a conversation, with no reason to respond. I can "mark as answered" from the droplist next to the item within Seller Hub, not in messages, and the reminders go away. I don't see any way to do it in the "My eBay Selling" page.
I wouldn't want you to switch from "My Selling" to "Seller Hub" listing management just for that purpose if you don't want to be there and are happy using "My Selling". To stay within the "My Selling" management page, you could simply respond with a "thank you for your business" type of message.
