Need help with a returned, undeliverable package and what to do about it!

NEED PLEASE HELP!

A package was returned to Seller ME as un-deliverable.

Buyer  had an address that USPS would not deliver too.  He JUST told me that, after i emailed about the problem. He now wants it resent to a P.O. Box.

I  am not willing to pay the postage for his mistake, and not sure how to get the additional funds from him.

I also can not find a way to just cancel the transaction and give him back his money. And when I read about "buyer asking seller to cancel", none of it seems to apply to this situation.

I also do not want a defect on my account for something I had no hand in.

Never had this issue arise in 22 YEARS selling on eBay. I DO NOT know how to go about resolving this. Its a complete conundrum!🤔

There has to be others out there that ran into this issue, so any help is  VERY much appreciated.

I would call eBay, but that's an entire issue all by itself!!!!!!!!! 😡😵😠
